 Lets have some suggestions for locations!!!!!! In mid. July the members of the board will vote on one of the suggested locations. That will give everyone a few weeks to make plans to be there. This is only my .02 It has been awhile lets get together!!!!   X-luv to all and ride safe!!!!

How about Waco or Temple? It's kind of a central location.

My opinion is to go back to the Turkey Buzzard Roost place again, if it's gonna be an overnight thing, although that will be a HOT part of the summer.  If not, then anywhere in the Temple-Waco area would be good. I'll be wherever it is if I can.  Would like to suggest the weekend of August 11, 12, 13.  Some schools are starting the 14th and  the rest on the 21st.  Not that this makes any difference to most, but just a thought for those that might care.

Turkey Roost is not available. I checked. That is something that has to be reserved well in advance. Like if we wanted to plan for next year. I would suggest Las Casas in Temple on I 35. Plenty of parking, good food, patio, cold beer, and if we let them know how many good service.   O.K. thats one how bout some others?? And after we eat we could go on the cow tipping ride!!!!!!

I would like to suggest somewhere near water. A River, Lake, pool -  something. Jumping in after a ride and before the beer drinking feels great. plus it doubles as a shower.

I second brentos idea ........ somewhere near water......... y'all were giving Waco as a central point what about something around Lake Whitney an RV park or public park, my wife could bring our truck with picnic/cooking/grilling supplies etc....... probably some others could do the same ....... nothing beats a good old grilled hamburger or hot dog IMO

i'm with kenny, las casas in temple would be a good plae to meet, lots of parking, and with the 32oz. marquaritas you won't care if it' hot or snowing they have a large patio with water coolers, and good mexican food,(famous whitewings)and if we still want to jump in the lake it's not tro far to temple lake park,

Is there some good place that 20 to 60 VTXers can be served? I have also heard that they are not real biker friendly in that area (SHERIFF) We need a place to meet and eat!!!!!
