If we are going to do this as a M&G, I would suggest that whomever arranges it call the establishment first and see if they would be willing to handle 30 - 40 people in one room together preferrably with the tables together. If they are not able to do this then MHO that this not be done as a M&G as it would tend to defeat the purpose of a M&G. There again that is just my 1/2 cents worth.
