Can-Am rolls out new Ryker 3wheeler
« on: September 11, 2018, 11:02:40 AM »

The manager of MRH motorcycle training just got back from Denver where they rolled out the new Ryker. No clutch, no shifter, just twist and go. Still has traction control, ABS  600cc and 900cc at just over 600lbs.  Starting at $8400!

It's cool but reminds me of those dubbed out 4 wheelers.  I bet I'll only see them at rally's, like only at the strand.

I'm seeing a lot of women coming through the 3 wheeler course. They love the Spyder because it is so easy to ride. The current one has a semi auto tranny. No clutch. shift it up with your thumb , downshifts itself. One brake pedal activates all three antilock brakes.
At 1400 cc's it's a hotrod.  But like a bad girl, fun to ride but don't want to take one home.

Good evening Gents,
This post is as close to the conversation that it's a 2009 Harley Ultra Glide, 103, cu. In., 23,763 miles. My friend Rachel, widowed is selling her deceased husband's trike. Asking $15k. She wants it gone. NW SA. It's cherry & sounds great!

If anyone you know think they might like to get their license but are afraid of two wheels , they can get a license on a Can-Am Spyder and Can-Am is subsidizing the course fee. The usual fee is $250 but they kick in $125 so you can get it at half price! They are super easy to ride. Most classes are at least 50% female. Maybe Ruthie, Paul?      https://can-am.brp.com/on-road/learntoride/registration.html
