Not fair, I was gonna make people work for it. Picture was taken last week by a friend that was riding Big Bend and went across to Boquillas, Mx. I thought it was a cool pic.

We need to have a run to Big Bend. I went to Boquillas several years ago before 9/11. I took my daughters Girl Scout troop there. It was a cool little village and a real eye opener for those kids.

I have been really wanting to ride to Big Bend for a long time.  I need to make this my next trip or something.

late September, not too hot . Kids are back in school and before the chili cookoff in Terlingua.

I just had a hitch installed on the Santa Fe so I can haul a bike trailer.  Big Ben is one of my desired destinations!  I can make the drive in one day taking the freeway so it will take less vacation time to make it happen.

If you just ride the park roads. you can do it in a day, day and a half. If you have a duel sport a bit longer. Plus there is great hiking if your into that. The ride to Presidio is a must. Fort Davis is cool, I could live there.
