Man that's terrible.  I hate to see any brand go to the wayside of extinction.  I thought I saw plenty of Victory motorcycles out on the road.  I guess the numbers say otherwise.  I know the company isn't going down but another brand bites the dust.

You can bet they will be carrying over their best Victory models to the Indian lineup.

Yep.  There is already one of those Victory models that is the exact same platform as the scout.

Better pick one up and vacuum pack it.  Gonna be worth a ton in 100 years.  Plus, they will fit in much better then.

Sales of Victory peaked in 2012 and has steadily
declined over the subsequent years
In 2015, Victory represented only 3 percent of total
Polaris sales; at retail, Victory dealers, on average,
sold only about 20 units per year
In 2016, Victory outperformed the N.A. market in retail
growth by 11 percentage points and was the number
one brand in Net Promoter Score
The Company has lost money in Victory 3 of the past 5
years (2011–2015)

Meh. I've ridden them since they came out, on trips back to MN. My best bud is Director of Supplier Quality for Polaris. They've gotten a lot better over the years, but I'd never own one.

Riding Visions, back in July of '98. If that front end didn't look like Bozo the Clown screaming, I don't know what did.

I wouldn't mind getting my hands on of those Octane models.  I've seen some really cool stuff done to them but the Indian Scouts are pretty cool too.
