Spur of the moment ride today,  but at least got to get out for a while.  My wife and I rode out past Luckenbach, to Comfort, to Center Point.  RD and Ghostrider can take you guys out to this place we visited back earlier in the year.  Pretty unique little place along the Guadalupe River in Center Point.

I did a solo ride on Sunday (dumb Cranberries of my part for not loking at the dates for saturday ride, again) I did about 200 miles. I took 1431 to Marble Falls, then took HWY 281 to Johnson City. I kept on going south until I hit HWY 290 and went east. I then took HWY 71 north (thinking I would hit 1431, wrong!!!!) I then came back down HWY 71 and took 290 east again until MoPac and I took Mopac north bak to Round Rock. It was a long and very relaxing ride. The weather was excelent and everything is green after the rains. Very beautiful this state of ours.

You guys make me want to cry.  My oldest daughter lives off Hwy 1431, but she has a gravel driveway that is straight up.  We can hardly get up there in the truck, and the bikes are a definite "no go".  I would love to ride the roads (Nameless road and Lindeman Rd) to her house on the bike. :'(
