       New site for "THE" next "Official State Wide M & G"
Now that the term "State wide Meet and Greet" is being used by some to call something that quacks and waddles a cow, so then the next State wide M&G will be held Saturday November 8, 2008 in Malone Texas at the Frog Branch Saloon.







  It's been arranged with the employees of the Frog Branch Saloon for your convenience that you can run a tab and put all the cold Beer on it you want. There will be lots of  Lay's Potato chips (regular and French Onion) with Ranch dressing for those with the munchies. The Frog has a 60 foot bar with lots of seating, 3 TV's, 8 tables, electronic Dart game and 2 pool tables for those
of you into gaming. You might consider bringing you own Que if you want a straighter stick.
   Music will be provided by the Rock-Ola in the corner with all your favorite songs and singers.



We have also talked to the owner of the local motel for those of you that are interested in staying the night and secured a group rate for 8 rooms to be rented by the night instead of the usual hourly rate. We need to know about how many are coming and planing on staying by the morning of November 8th so we can notify the motel so he can get a clean sheet and  towels in the room and we get enough Snappy Tom's for Bloody Beers in the morning. These will be served behind the bar at the sunrise services to get your day started with a bang.

 Seems there are afew of us down here don't feel that don't have any representation because we fall somewhere between the North and Central Texas group areas, so a couple of us got together, I guess that constitutes a quorum, and decided to put on the next gathering and call it an "Official State Wide M&G".

 RSVP as soon as possible because rooms will go fast and Wal-mart only has a limited supply of Snappy Tom's!

I guess I'll talk to the motel owner and have him gear up for the volume. I'm not sure there are that many clean sheets in Malone. There could be further problems if everyone decides to have breakfast at the same time.
