07/20/08 San Antonio Ride

Sorry it has taken so long to get posted but due to personal reasons, I could not do it yesterday!

We will be meeting at the Home Depot Parking lot on 1604 and Bandera.  Meet time is 0900 with KSU at 0930.
We will take Highway 16 all the way up to Fredericksburg going through Bandera and Medina.  We can and will make stops along the way for us smokers and people who want to stretch their legs.  From Fredericksburg will go west on 290 to 1376.  Take 1376 to Luckenbach for lunch.  We can stay there as long as you all want to.  They have live music and cold beer.  After lunch we will get back onto 1376 and take it to Boerne.  In Boerne we will get onto 46 and take it to 16 and back to 1604.  Below is the map we will be using.

It is summer time!!!  I have been camping, ROT Rally, moving to San An, blah blah.  My dad told me you can in a couple of weeks ago to get the "X" inspected!  If you are ever in San An give me a call.

Sure would like to meet up and ride,but while we were on vacation last week had to cut it short. Got a head cold and I can not seem to shake it. The Doc gave me some antibiotics but they are not doing any good,might have to go back for more. Can't hear a darn thing out of the left ear and the right ear is not much better. Maybe next time.

Sure would like to be there but Wildchild and I are both working. Work sure has been getting in the way of things lately.

Damn....  >:( this is a good ride in this area.

I just got back from vacation last night and I need to catch up on things around the homestead..... Let me know how it goes... who know's I just might break loose and head to the Home depot at 9:00.... ::)

Looks like the ride didnt happen, need to reschedule after the storm. This is a great area to ride.
