Does the engine still run?  That could be the beginning of a really cool project.  When I lost my interceptor, Progressive offered to give the bike back....No charge.  Find out how much the buy back is.

  Have a friend that just bought a wrecked 1300 and is working on it to make it into something else. He said something about putting the engine into a MG car or something like that. Go figure you can do almost anything with it.    Glad to see your alright and yeah your right you are going bald!

ya, feeling a lot better.  just got home from the ortho....  got a cast on my left wrist for the next 3 months, gotta wear the walking boot on my ankle again.  pelvis seems almost better.  i did sever some of the muscle in my right thigh, but he said itd heal and ill just be slightly deformed (more so) with a few knots in my leg.  so the scooter'll be goin back in the garage soon and ill be hobbling around like im as old as RD in no time....

Don't get in a hurry to pay the Life Flight Bill, they will come down on it.  Mine was 12 grand and an out of network expense for Blue Cross blue shield, so my cost would have been over 8 grand, which I did not have in disposable income, I told them this and said I would send them 50.00 a month and quit calling, they offered me a settlement for 4K, so it's settled, no bad mark on my credit, which I hear for medical expenses they can't do anyway, I just did not know it at the time.  All in all, I am worth over 3/4 million bucks or more. thank goodness for insurance.  Anyway, just look into it and I wish you a speedy recovery.
