How about the Bluewater Cafe in Spring on 2920 about 2 miles west of 45. It has reasonable prices, fried shrimp, gumbo and a whole lot more.

Bluewater Cafe sounds good. I think I can make the mile or so run without falling down.   ::)  ;) The new engine guards and saddle bags are on and I was riding last Sunday. :)

Sherri, is this past your red light on 2920 @ Spring Cypress?  Don't recall seeing it.  Course I use Spring Cyp as a primary route.  I think the Silver Surfer was there that day too.

dont think im going to be able to make this one.  my county commisioner in all his infinite retardation decided to tear my road up and pave it, but right now, all it is, is packed dirt with a layer of fresh tar on top.  not going to ride through a mile of tar unless i absolutely have to... :-\

looks like we have a little storm heading our way??

Gulf disturbance will break heat wave
National Weather Service forecaster Tim Speece said a weather system just north of the Yucatan Peninsula could be declared a tropical depression by Tuesday night and was moving west-northwest toward the Texas coast. He said the storm was not expected to reach tropical storm or hurricane strength but could bring heavy rains as far north as Victoria and as far inland as the Hill Country. Either way, the system will likely bring heavy rain to the Houston area Wednesday and Thursday.
