hey dave, so who's bike was in a puddle of oil yesterday????   I guess hondas can also get HD tendencies...  glad you are ok...

Yea, so I guess the only difference will be that when I fix my leak it will stop leaking while the HD will start leaking someplace else. :o ::)

Doing fine Gabe.

You could have picked a better part of town to lay it down other than bum central.

In the pic below imagine the white gouge in the road starting another 10 feet behind where you can see it start and that's an idea of how far silver surfer rode the big kahuna...

Glad you're ok Dave.

You forgot the bike ended up in the middle of the intersection! :o :'(

Damn, Dave! I wasn't there so I don't know exactly how/what happened. But,  Damn, Dave!

I'm glad you're ok. I wish your body.... and your pride, a speedy recovery.

That is a nice way of putting exactly what I said to myself.  My bike and my body will be fine in time.  My pride - well everybody needs an attitude adjustment every now and then. I just got mine!

The bike is not that bad.  I will have new saddlebags and an engine guard tomarrow. I don't know when I'll have time to put them on but it will get done. I have ordered some smaller parts from Honda. No one stocked them in town.  I'll be back in the saddle soon.

silly you acting all surprised that honda does not stock anything...  and by the way my harley so far has only leaked coolant... so I'm keeping my finguers crossed...

P.S.  you still have a balance for the side road assistance we provided last night... ;)

I tried to send a pm but keep getting an error.  What parts do you need?  I have some from my conversion if it would help.

It took my bike sliding 40 or 50 feet down the road to leak rear end fluid. How far did your HD have to slide to leak its coolant? :o :o ::)
