I'd like to recommend a new restaurant for a northside meet soon. A friend of mine is opening a new restaurant in Oak Ridge North in the next couple of weeks, and I believe the food will be good. There will be beer and wine available too. After she has a couple of weeks to get things running smoothly, we'll set it up. She and her husband ride; she's on a Shadow and he has a Valkyrie and a Hayabusa. A couple of you have met her and several of you have met him. The restaurant is called Compadres, and it's located on Hanna Road just south of Robinson Rd. in that new shopping center. There will be plenty of room for the bikes and the restaurant seats (I think) 116, so there'll be plenty of room for us. And there won't be a live band at full volume covering up our efforts to converse.
