Hello Texas X Riders, This year we would like to try something new, a chauffeured winery tour for a small group. This is not a free event but comparatively speaking it's a great bargain. One of our very own board of directors will be volunteering their time as a designated driver. The details are as follows:Renting a 15 passenger van (1 seat reserved for driver so really 14 seats available)Day of tour will be Friday April 20th, 2018Time: Leave Rec Hall @ 10 a.m., return to Rec Hall by 4 p.m.Planning to visit around 5 Wineries.Average cost would be around $60-65 per person for the whole trip. This estimation is based on participation of the ride, food and winery tours/tastings.We need 14 participants to keep the cost as low as possible. ******We will use this thread as a sign up sheet so please put your name down with the corresponding number*****If you are going to participate we will need your share of the van rental fees. The cost is $222.00 +/- and any taxes and etc. So figure around $16 give or take. We will have a more accurate number as the event gets closer.
