Wayne and I have to leave in the morning to drive straight thru to FL to strip and secure our boat in Pensacola.  Does anyone have knowledge of closed roads or problems in Houston area and further east?

You might need to call ahead to area authorities where you plan to travel and make sure that your way is clear. While your heading into Florida most will be heading out, so make sure that the highways are not opened up to allow out flow only. Please Be careful and hope all will be ok

We were requested by family to take water, fuel and guns to Florida. Didn't get to use ANY of those items during our stay. Weather was gorgeous while we were there. So much so that we wanted to take the boat out for a spin. Maybe later.

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.
