Only listed once or multiple times?  Price is obviously way too low but they may not care and need to move it out.

There is a lien on it . Maybe wants cash and you pay it off .

I sent an email asking about the price and the lien.  We'll see.  I would buy it for that.

I never heard back and the ad was flagged so it apparently was too good to be true.

Yep.  that's too low of a price and if it was that low and a legit posting I'd be concerned with condition on internals of the bike.
