Maybe........a YUGE MAYBE, if he had removed the seat, fender, tank and managed to some how just use the engine and drivetrain and not butcher it like this hack job I'd might be ok with this build.  Looks like the easy way out of what he thinks is a cool build. 

Anything easy is never worth it.
