VTX 1300 rough shape

a guy in my neighborhood has a 1300 that he wants to get rid of. It's been sitting outside for a long time so it is in rough shape. I think it could be had cheap if anybody is interested.

yes, I thought it was an 1800 but when I got a closer look at it, its a 1300
