Upgrade/Modifcation priorities

Assuming you started with a stock bike what are the must do mods to a 1300R In order of priority?

at least that's me
Not sure if my bars are stock, but I replaced the seat and the exhaust and intake has been changed. It has dynojet kit and hyper charger. Don't really like the hyper charger as I would prefer a lower profile.

4" risers..(you won't have to change cables), steering stem bearings on the 1300...then shocks and springs...
