Not really too excited about the Danish Museum, but I'm ready to ride :bikerider:
I'll have me a cigar while you have your Danish

It's just a destination and the last one I went to (Boomtown) was suprisingly interesting.  All of these rides will have a mid-way stop like this.  That is the point of the ride...well...that and to get out in the Texas back country.

Good day, and good folks!
All those harleys were nice VTX food!

The ride was awesome, 8 bikes and 11 folks.  All good riders, no problems at all.  We ended up doing so well we got there 30 minutes too early but the old guy that opened it up let us in early and gave us a little history lesson about the Danish immigrants and how they lived as a community from the 1800's through to now.  Pretty interesting stuff and he throw in a few zingers here and there.  I don't have a pick of the ad that they had in the house but there is still standing a house that was bought for $725 at Sears and built from a kit.  It was small but had 3 bedrooms, dining room and kitchen.  I guess there was no TV to watch back then and the toilet was outside.  Lots more pics on the FB page.  Go to the event and click on "Photos", everyone posted up their pics there.
