Good to see everyone & ride although it was a little toasty

Earl even got to test the Wing in a little bit of rain.

I see a Wing in his garage in very near future  :bikerider:

hey Gary, the Wing is King. rides like a Rolls, no bumps or jumps.  I did notice a little vibration on the bars on ruff roads.  What are the best tires for the Wing.  Today i even played the radio, can hear pretty good at 80.  It was fun yesterday with all my friends and today just me and Heidi, total milage fro two  days 405, and not tired or sore.

Just like the VTX if you want to start an argument , start a convo about tires or oil. :cuss:    lot of folk like Bridgestones. The tire that come on it from the factory aren't very good. The elite 3 radial are supposedly built for the wing and I liked them on the X but they do cost more. I will probably stay with the stones fir now. Good luck.

Earl, if you decide to get a new wing, get online and check with the Dealers in Arkansas. In the past they have been thousands cheaper. Several people from here have bought up there and saved a lot of money even after buying a plane ticket. Sunrise Honda and Russelville Honda. Not so much saving on a used bike.

Gary- this is Heidi.  I LOVE the GoldWing.  Don't matter whether he does or not...  But I guess he IS paying for it.......Two days of riding smooth and no back aches.  Plenty of places to stash my stuff. Thanks for everyone who helped me get him thinking about it! He is not sure if he will keep the VTX or the BMW; if he had a 3 car garage he would keep all of them.

Boy ,that would be a tough one. Nice problem to have though. Be sure to check with those Ark. Dealers. You can see their offers on E-Bay. And they are legit. If there isn't much difference, I would buy local but I haven't seen one in Texas that would match Arkansas, maybe the guy in Marshall/Palestine same guy.  Shop around , you may save a lot of money.

Hate to say it but the built in GPS is a POS. most wing riders that buy them usually end up mounting  a Garmin on the handle bars.
