Arkansas CHL Laws

FYI, Arkansas honors Texas CHL licenses as long as you abide by the laws of Arkansas which are pretty much the same as Texas.

Man, man, man Matap. I know where your not from. Down here the CHL stands for one thing, up there CHL means Cousin Has Love!!!    :c :c :c
