is just a if remote mounted to get power from high beam, rater have remote instead of messing with car wiring, i did have one like that but was mounted on horn for my wife wen we live in florida, the horn beeps and garage door open creating the ilusion some is inside the house opening the garage door, our house was by the everglades in the middle of no were and she always felt insecure in that house wen i was over the road. It did do the job, if i remember i pay about 25 buks for the system of ebay with installation instructions
btw allmost all 1995 and up car have that system built in on the sun visor
