Good to see that things are taking off here on the Texas board. We welcome everyone who can come, and will do our best to show y'all as good of a time as possible. If any of you are interested in entering the crawfish eating contest, I recommend registering early, since they only allow a certain number of entries. I signed up 2 weeks before the festival last year and I took the last spot. There is a link on their website where you can download the entry form and fax it in.

Thanks for the info, we have one that will give it a go, Argentina, man for his size he can pack it away -- normal size guy but can he eat. :lunch: :lunch:

That link was for the 2010 event. 
Do have one for the 2011 event explaining the attractions and bands, ect....?        I can't find it on Google.
