Have you had any problems with it?  Does it fit under your bike easily with a block of wood under the side stand?  If you bought anotherone would you buy the same one?

I have the yellow Sears Jack.....  Works great.... almost like it was made for the VTX.  Super light compared to the Red one and more expensive but after trying to lug the red one out of Sears one night I went back and got the yellow one.  I have had it for about three years now and have lifted my bike up a gazillion times with ZERO issues.   O0

I have the Harbor Freight jack, which I bought on sale for $39.95.  It requires no blocks of wood in order to lift the X from the side-stand.  No problems with the jack.

I've got a Sear's Red and have had no problems what so ever. Had it raised for aweek one time and realized thet the safty latch wasn't engaged and it didn't bleed down at all. I'm happy with the jack but sure would like to get a Peps-X stand for christmas.

got mine from the Matco Tool guy that comes around work. I don't know who makes it for them
but it is very sturdy and when fully retracted it fits under the bike with no problem. The only thing is a pepsx stand is too narrow to be used with it so I had to make my own.

that red sears jack is tough. my bike was on it for almost a month once. it's too tall, though. spend the money and get the yellow one or go Larin, which is actually a little narrower and some people don't like that as much.

I had a WalMart jack; it sits a little bit lower than the Sears. I now have a Craftsman jack (thanks, Mike). It's a sturdier jack that I like better overall than the WalMart one. Both are good.

I have larin (sp?) "black jack" I bought it at walmart. they had a sale for 39.99 it was the last one they had in stock. . the box was all torn up. I went ahead and bought it. I  just have to get my bike upright so those jack will  go under it barely. since I have 10.5" progressive rear shocks.  O0

Okay, so I done it.  Dispite the poll results, I bought a walmart jack that is made by either ac or delco.  Cant remember which.  Anyway I think after adding a few washers to alleviate play in the pivit points, I think it will be alright.  Now in need to find my bike to try it out.

Worked well with the coffee table....till I got yelled at.
