My VTX came with an Plastic Xtreme Revolution Fairing that the previous owner had purchased. It has a couple of cracks and an ugly gap between the inner and outer shells (on either side of the wind screen). I would like to get the cracks fixed, the gaps filled, and get it repainted (preferably by the same person/shop) but I do not know any plastic welders in the DFW area.
If you kow of any great welders/painters in the area a referral would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to take it outside DFW if I need to in order to get quality work.
