The task is easy, but time consuming. You have to pull the exhaust, and engine side cover.  Make sure you have a new set of exhaust gaskets and some HondaBond before you start.  And you can do it without draining the oil if you put the tires up on blocks so that the bike leans further over. Otherwise you'll be doing an oil change with teh spring swap as well.

Most important, use a good torque wrench and only do the bolts to spec or you'll snap them off.

Yep! I co-hosted a tech session once. I was the 'wrench' and the other guy had the location.  It was a ton of fun and we got a lot of things accomplished.  We worked on about 5 bikes, everything from lightbars to forksprings to exhaust.

I just held my own solo tech session over the past two days putting my bike back together.  Set the valves last night and put the front wheel and fender, tank, etc on. And the day before it was the rear fender, lightbar, wiring...  Tomorrow I change the fluids and put her back on the ground for the first time in 8 months.  WOO HOOOO!!
