Anyone out there riding in the Texarkana area? My brother just got a new 1300 and we were looking to ride this week.

Texarkana X-rider here. I've got a 1300c and my next door neighbor has an 1800c. Neighbor across the street has a goldwing and so does my co-worker.
I'm going out of town this weekend but I'm usually up for anything.

Xedino,Brojames, sent you a pm. Welcome to the board, by the way! Things are stirred right now but will settle back down quickly! Next weekend I will head to Dallas for a few brews, bikini watchin' and B.S.ing! C'mon along and meet some of the North East Texas bunch at Strokers!

Have been talking to Minicop about going to Strokers and told me he is in!! Been talking to Bigpro about meeting up for lunch or something before going, so looking into that. What time will you be heading towards Big D??

Well crud. Looks like most of my weekends for the next month are shot. Going out of town this weekend, our annual company picnic/golf/bs event is the weekend of the 7th, and going to the Texas Renaissance faire on the weekend of the 21st. Weekend of the 14th I'm on call so can't get too far out of town but hey... You can bet I'll be riding if the weathers good.
Got your PM snake. Will probably give you a call sometime this evening so you'll have my cell as well.

It's a bbq and blues fest qweeksdraw. I never posted as it's a new event (third year) and coincides with the Boo. Could get to be a good thing, Good music. Cate Bros...Reba Russell,Texas Slim and the Love Machine, Carly Taylor and Zydaco Trouble, Michael Burke Band, Suhler and the Monkey Beat. I know most won't have heard of any of these, but a few are excellent blues groups. Runs till midnight or so.. A good possible destination for those who leave after the Boo drawings! about 60 miles (guesstimate) to Texarkana.
