Its a 1300 and finally got it home about 25 minutes ago.The first thing we did is take the gas line loose and run a good bit of gas out just in case nothing there all looked good.I drove it up and down the street a few times ran good not perfect but enough to get to the house. That was misleading as about 3/4ths the way home it quit waited awhile and it started but did not run for long.It seems once it heats up does not want to run spits and sputters then quits. After installing the Tornado air box ran great for 225 miles have no idea if that has anything to do with it or not.I give up think the next best thing is take it to the Honda dealer .

Two things happened to me on my 1300.  One was the stopcock started to leak by and I forgot to open it.  It ran like yours.  Dumb moment # 299051 of millions.

Second, my gas cap became "clogged" not allowing air into the tank causing fuel not to flow.  Although I did several things, I believe the gasket had become stuck over the vent holes.  This tended to happen when I overfilled the tank.

Probably not the solution to your problem, but certainly cheap check.

Check the vacuum line off the front of the fuel valve. There's a tee off of it between the cylinders; sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Rots'o ruck.
