Pre-registration is closed. Thanks to all who sent in your registration
Hello Texas X Riders, attached is the 2018 registration with a MARCH 1 2018 deadline. We have to make it a little bit earlier since the rally is a little bit earlier.
Don't forget we have added an extra day to the rally and some of our events will change slightly so you want to make sure to be there.
I will be posting the Schedule of Events very shortly

I may be out this year. I have an engagement I have to attend Thursday and there is no way out of it. Talking to my brother about going up Friday though. It depends on a few other things. If I drop out all the way I will let everyone on the board know before I cancel my reservation for Cabin 9 (2 queen beds).

Bump. Added 2018 shirt design. Also a reminder to print those registrations and write out a good ole fashioned check, grab a stamp, place on envelope, take check and registration and insert to envelope, then lick that yellowish strip on the inside of the flap (at least you get to lick something), let dry for a good seal, walk out to mail box (community box, post office, etc) and place stamped envelope in receptacle and bam......I should get it in a couple of days. O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 :bikerider:

I use peel and stick envelopes so no lick. 😆

Hello Texas X Riders please let me remind you that we are 8 days away from Pre-registration deadline. If I don't get your money and registration in hand I cannot and will most likely not guarantee you will receive a rally shirt.
BBT is earlier this year so we have to get the order in earlier or they won't be delivered on time.
To those that have read or get on this site please be sure to pass on the word and press those that haven't to send in their registrations.
The shirts are the least of the problems if we don't get an accurate headcount. We won't know how many to feed or if we will have the funds to do what we want to do with your registrations.
