I have this Corbin Classic Solo (close option) seat that will fit 2009-2017 Harley Davidson touring bikes.  Corbin's part #HD-FLH-9-S-C2.  check out their website for details on the seat. 

Comes with all hardware and 2 keys for locking

Is it a reduced reach or standard?

I guess its the equivalent of the reduced but Corbin calls it 'close' as in closer to the bars.  I think their website says something like 1 1/2"-2" closer.
