So, from what I ready from Hooter, Riverfront is sold out, booked up. So here is a list of possible alternatives and I advise to check with Riverfront as well.

A Place to Stay

"A Place to Stay" is another hotel that is in the middle of everything and is about $68/night but it's not a real hotel, the bathroom is shared by all the guest. The reviews mostly say that the place is very clean but that it's a converted doctors office so rooms are very small and no private bathroom. If you have no issue sharing the bathroom with guest in 6 other rooms, the location is perfect.

I am surprised that all the cabins at Riverfront are booked. I wonder if there is something else happening that weekend.

I'm surprised too! They used not to except reservations until after the 1st of the year. Our group only have 5 cabins (posted) so far, must be something else going on too.
When I called and talked to the lady, she told me they sold it and that if they didn't have room then, she also had several other properties to rent so might get back with her again before long.

Already been back twice since BBT and will probably be back 2 more times until the next BBT :c
Anyone in Dallas area wants to join for a last minute ride and cold brew, I am heading out to McKinney for a much needed lifer juice from Franconia. Tour starts at 11. $5 all you can drink. Extra $5 if you want the glass.

Breaking news and just hot off the presses! Hobo and I were going to ride to Bandera next Monday thru Thursday and throw a few rocks, but as fate would have it "Ole Blue" didn't want to sing to me. It was a short notice anyway for a long ride. I called Hobo and told him sorry buddy but..... bla-bla-bla. He calls back in about 5 minuets and sez he called to cancel his card on the room for next week and while he was on the phone with the lady she said she just got a cancellation on Cabin 1 for the BBT weekend. He sez his tongue and lips couldn't flap fast enough to say "I'll take it". I want to thank whoever decided not to go that weekend and I'm hoping it wasn't in our group but it looks like drunk duo will be making a return performance on the porch of cabin #1 again! :c :c :flag:

First...I'll share...That the Bluebonnets are blooming after last weeks rain we had here in the Hill Country. If it rains again this week they should be close to full bloom by the 18th.
Since there is tent camping available at the Pioneer River Resort (and we're cheap) A buddy and I are considering joining you Friday and Saturday night. We're in Fredericksburg and would love to come see the other VTXs.

c'mon over! We have a great BBQ Saturday night! Pioneer has great tent camping spots down by the river and nice clean showers!
