ARTICLE I - INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

The primary purpose of the Texas X Riders Association (TXRA) shall always be the promotion of opportunities to ride and for its members to build fellowship.

I agree.  Soon enough we will be.  weather will be getting better and just in general things should start lookin up.
