Won't be making this one.  Good luck on mounting.  I did the J&M, but not sure if there are any similiarities in these two or not.  If you are having to mount speakers inside helmet under pads, etc...You may have to experiment with that to get them in the most comfortable position, ie: under padding, cut out padding, closer to front, closer to back, higher.  I had to cut out a little bit of the hard styrofoam to finally get mine in the most comfortable position.
