Title: Ridding in DFW area Sat. 7/18

Hey X Riders how many still ride on Sat.  Lets start this week since we will be having a Cold Front coming in only 95 degrees.  Let me hear from y'all, and I will select a route for Sat.  Want to start Early 7am or 730am.  Breakfast or not .

I assume you mean "riding"?  :D   Where you gonna leave from?  I have many good routes out of Plano/Allen heading NE.

I might be game for the plano/allen area ride.  FW is just too far to ride to go on a ride!

I can probably meet after work for the Plano/Allen one....I work until 5pm though. Provided my internal throttle doesn't come loose again!  :banghead:

5pm on Satuday?  ???  I plan on being back and showered long before 5pm heat  :D

So, we have 2 for a Saturday morning ride from Plano/Allen area?  Let's start a list and see if we can get some interest!

ok fT. wORTH x rIDERS LETS GET OUR LIST TOGETHER.  wE ARE GOING NORTHWEST OFF OF HWY 156 FROM fT. wORTH.  wE HAVE 2 MAYBE 3, THEY ARE
                 
               1.  Paperpeddler
               2.   Robert, Brim 310
               3.  X rider from Keller



Will try to meet in Krum about 7:30 for Breakfast and ride from their before it gets too hot.  Should be home by 2pm.

I would enjoy the plano allen area ride as well.Garland to Ft.worth just have to get up way to early.

Plano/Allen riders... plan is to meet at 8am in Allen at the Starbucks on the NE corner of Bethany and 75/Central.  KSU @ 8:15'ish

Let me know of any adds or updates also!

What route are you taking to Krum? I can meet you along the way near Lewisville or just catch up with you at Krum Diner.

Hey Cheez,

That is no problem with me, If you are near Lewisville we can meet at Twin Peaks at 6:45am then head to Krum. Or, I'll just see you there. Let me know.

Well, the Plano/Allen ride went well... although didn't see you guys!  I was the only VTX on the ride  :D

Good variety of bike though..

   1.  Honda VTX-1300S (mine)
   2. Suzuki DL650 - Vstrom (Bob and his wife)
   3. Harley (Clay - sorry, dont remember model)
   4. KTM Duke 690 (friend of Clay's)
   5. Honda Goldwing (Mark)
   6. Honda 600RR (Todd)

Rode to work though and it was the nicest morning ride since spring!

That seems about right to me. I know I logged about 210 miles. Thanks for mapping it, its cool to see how much ground we covered.

Hey Cheez, looks pretty close.  I logged 258 miles from my house.  It was nice meeting you and look foreward to riding again, maybe the next weekendfor the meet and greet.
