5 states in a day
« on: April 27, 2010, 04:11:28 PM »

FYI for those interested, there will be a ride starting in Guymon OK that will take you through 5 states (~300 miles) in a single day, Sat. May 8, 2010.  Unfortunately for me, it's mother's day weekend and I already have plans.  But I already have approval for next year.

Let's see, 1,422 miles round-trip to do a 300 mile ride. That sounds reasonable. Heck, I went that far to ride Big Bend.

To say I have been busy would be an understatement. I quit my job, rode my bike 3,000 miles in a couple weeks and then started a new job. I got to ride Big Bend with my son!

Congrats on your new little one. Are you planning your father-son ride yet?
