We need name tags this year. I love you guys but rarely ever see any of you in person or know your actual name, nor can I put a forum name to a face or a forum name to an actual name. When I only see most of you once a year I feel bad I don't remember so that would help.

That's not a bad idea. At one event we had Lanyards with name tags. It actually did help a lot.

Hello everyone. Just a friendly reminder that you now have only 30 days to get your registration in. I will apologize NOW.......that if I do not have the registration form with your shirt size you will not be getting a shirt or will you be able to place a size shirt. Although we are doing this a week earlier it does seem to take time away from placing our orders. So please get those registrations in.

Hello Members, I just want to remind everyone that I need to have your registrations with payment in hand prior to April 1, 2017. Due to time constraint and delivery dates I cannot and will not take PM's or email or text request to put you on the list for a shirt. Last year we had too much of that and I had to blind order a bunch of shirts and have them delivered directly to Bandera. I will not be doing again this year (Too much undue stress)
************If you send in your registration and payment and I receive it April 1, it's too late, please be advised you will be refunded the cost of the shirt but we will keep the cost of your food plate*********
Please no exceptions.

We are 5 days away from registration deadline. Please put in the mail today your registrations so that I can receive them on time. The shirt company I am using is all ready and is waiting on me to give them the shirt count.
Not only is that important but we also need to know for food. Your cooperation in this matter helps us determine the correct amount of food and makes sure that those responsible registrants are not short changed on food because of those not registering on time or just showing up and not letting us know.

Registration is closed.............Not to worry!!! Didn't get your registration in on time? I was able to acquire on a limited basis these one off custom shirts that didn't cost us a dime and won't cost you a dime. Be sure to see me and I'll get your limited one time only custom shirt.

Will be there with at least 3 (not sure if daughter is coming down from college yet to join in). Looking forward to some great times; been a while since I made a BBT. Got a new rider/owner with me, my son on his VTX 1300C. Got a cabin at the River Front. See you all there! :bikerider:

On another note though the registrations serve for more than just ordering shirts. We need accurate head counts to make sure we have enough food and no one is cut short. Also we like to know who is attending for any emergency purposes.
While it is too late to order shirts you still have time to send in a registration to pay for your meal. That cost is $15 per person. It may have not been listed, but T-Shirt printing companies make them in all sizes. An easy PM would have fixed that for you.
If you plan on attending all days of the rally and have plans to join us at our official meet & greet at 1876 Tavern please go to that thread and poll in your party size if you haven't done so already. Last year we had folks bring extra people and put quite a huge burden on the restaurant staff and cooks and that then equated to frustration to the group.
More people going is not a turn off by no means but we need to know the attendance number so they can prepare themselves with food and staff.

My cousin just booked a room in Bandera and can fill out paper work when arrives Thursday, no shirt required as he is a Harley rider and wouldn't wear it anyway!
