Okay, looks like rain on Sunday so we may be riding Saturday instead.  Nice weather...pushing 90 -degrees.  Those in the area wanting to ride, don't know what the plans are yet but we are definitely heading out somewhere.  We may just play it by ear.  Meeting for breakfast as usual in the morning around 9:00-9:30am at IHOP at SH121/Main st. in The Colony.  Call me 972-989-0133.

Sounds great.  I eat at that IHOP in Lewisville all the time.  But I missed ya'll there last Sunday.  I'll be there with bells on tomorrow.  Since we're right there in Lewisville, the IHOP isn't that far from Sneaky Pete's....  Sorry fellas.  I was having a Rod attack.  I'm better now.  By the way, where is SH121/Main in Lewisville?  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Whatever we end up doing is fine but one thing I can promise is I am going to be on the X this weekend.  I can't sit on the Duc for another 400 miles....   :(  I still ain't right.   ;D

You walking a little funny there SouthernXer????  I'm all for riding to Eagle Mountain Lake but that's a ride from north Dallas area.  What's the census???  I'm going to be away from a computer now so get in touch with TBIRD or I'll holler at someone by phone later.  If we ride to Eagle Mountain Cycles, we probably need KSU by 9:30am and get over there to sign up for the poker run.

Hey Dave,

Roland (Fossil) and I are meeting at Hubbards (the new one in Rowlett) in the morning at 8:30 and leaving from there at about 9:00.

Anybody wants to meet us you're welcome. The Hubbards in Rowlett is just west of Rowlett Road on Hwy 66 on the South Side. Next to a Day Care and a Braums.

I really thought that as fat as my Cranberries is that I couldn't possibly run out of places to shift my weight to.  But I'm such a pansy I managed to use up all the assage by the time we were only half way into it.  I hate being old!  Of course I don't have to worry about dying young anymore.   ;D  I reckon every cloud has a silver lining.

About the Eagle Lake run tomorrow......  Miss Txsportsgrrl and I are planning on going to see a really good band tomorrow night.  Name is Gabby Johnson and they're only in town every once in awhile.  The boys can bring it pretty good.  They are at On The Border for their Cinco De Mayo gig.  Parking lot tent kinda deal.  Anyhow...... I reckon it would take us about 90 min just to get to the sign-up at Eagle Lake..... I have visions of a 400 mile butt-whoopin coming on.  I'm afraid I might doze off during the show.  In any case, we'll definitely be at the IHOP in Lewisville ( ;D) for breakfast and say hey.  But if ya'll decide to go to Eagle Lake, we'll probably peel off and hang a little closer for the day.  If anyone is going to buzz around a little closer though, we're fixin to be in the wind with no particular place to be.

SouthernXer it's a tough gig with all the chafing.  But look at the bright side, they finally dropped.  Shoot I'll bet your voice will start changing any day now.     ;D ;D O0 O0

We'll see ya'll in the AM.

Finally got Honda Suzuki North against the ropes.  They had to order me a new radiator.  One of the welds on the bottom was bad causing my coolant to leak.  Funny how they couldn't find it but as soon as I got home and threw the X on the peps'x stand, I found it.  Needless to say, they got to see a little attitude when I got down there this morning.  Glad I found it before the BBT run.

Can't wait to head south!

Be safe,

I have learned over the years that dealerships will only find the problem if they want to bad enough.  9 times out of 10 the customer has to show and with hands on where the problem is and what need to be done.   8) Can't wait either to head on down South for some hill riding and some ice cold

New radiator arrives Thursday at the latest, maybe in the Wednesday morning shipment.

Be sure to get it up on the stand and inspect it before you leave. Never can tell, the tech may have to have a sip of coffee, and forget to tighten a hose clamp. ::)
