Are the IHOP guys not planning on meeting up with the Sunshine Grill (Cleburne) guys?

I doubt that's possible.  The IHOP people are meeting at 8 for breakfast and the Cleburne people are planning on UKS at 9.  No way can the IHOP people eat AND get to Cleburne in an hour.

Another minor issue is that the two groups have different routes down as well, but they're similar.

 Yes they are the same and range from $22-$25 depending on the size. I have three each of small (single seat) Med., Large and X-large I think. I'm just trying to help out some friends that designed/invented them and thats what they cost on the webb. I shuold have plenty.

Yeah, I just have to get to the Vet's office and do a little shopping before I take off Monday morning so, If I do that Saturday, I'll at least have Sunday to ride on.
