Anyone getting out and about today before it gets cold?  I'm thinking about jumping on the bike and cruising around for a couple hours while Jennifer is out running errands.  My daughter flys in tomorrow and it is getting cold so last chance for a few days.

Call if you want to meet up for a beer.  972-989-0133

Thanks for the input.  He just arrived back to work today and said he got a heated jacket and gloves for Christmas.  Don't know what brand yet.  I might look into those you mentioned though.  I might be making a solo trip this January.

To some of the regulars that make the lunch runs.  I was out in my truck today up in the northern country, so to speak, and found a great road with lots of twisties and hills that leads off of IH35E on the west side of the highway and ends up leading into Muenster, Texas.  It would be a great ride to do a lunch run to Muenster, Texas or anywhere else up in that area.  Can't wait to hit it on the bike.  It will take about an hour and a half through this route to make it to Muenster.  Can't wait until spring.

Later...............BE SAFE,

You never know.  We might have to put together a little M&G at Twin Peaks or somewhere so you can meet the DFW guys.

The 17th is the big celebration for the Eagles 5A state football championship.  Ya gotta know we'll be there.  Beyond that we're itchin to get in the wind a little.  Murray 61 you on your bike all the way from Midland?

Not, on the bike...  had to burn some southwest credit and vacation time before I lose it.  I'll be up there on the bike when it warms up.  not too bad of a ride switching between 20 & 180 depending on what I want to do.

Twin Peaks sounds great!   I've never been, but have always wanted to go...  Any night except Tues. Wed. (out of town again) and except Friday (AC/DC) and I am there...

I'll be back from St. Louis around 4pm Thursday.  Thursday at Twin Peaks works for me!  Where is this Twin Peaks located, Lewisville?

Just trying to find some good folks to hang out with...  Got a buddy that's been on the fence about getting an X (will be his first bike) for a while, it'll be good for him to get out there too.

I don't know what else I am doing, but a trip to Vinnie Paul's Clubhouse is in the plans for sure too!  Maybe more than one trip!

Here's my schedule:
Saturday - maybe watch the UFC fight somewhere
Sunday - no idea
Monday - no idea
Tuesday - St. Louis, MO
Wednesday - St. Louis, MO
Thursday - get back from MO
Friday - AC/DC
Saturday - a buddy is playing at Gilley's in Dallas, but not sure about that yet...
Sunday - back to the permian basin

Been talking to Big Nasdy a bit...  Hobo gonna be around?  Maybe give BDC a call when I get up there...  Haven't seen or heard anything from Ben, Justin, Trevan, Jordan, etc. in quite a while...

Can we make some plans for this Twin Peaks thing, I just checked out there website, it looks like a fun place!   :c

Michael...I like the "PEAKS" more than Hooters.  Some of their food is OK; but who is there for the food.

If you are staying in Allen the Twin Peaks in Plano is much closer.  It is on 75 between 15th and Parker on the east side access road.  I have no idea however if the scenery is as good as the Lewisville location.

Having carefully evaluated talent at both locations, it's a pick 'em.  Talent varies by shift but the Plano location is shore nuff on par with Lewisville.  Not to mention there's now a Chuy's about a mile north of there.  Sorry tbird.  Didn't mean to get that pavlovian thing going for ya.

It don't matter much to me, a little driving time to the location is no problem.  I plan to be all over the place anyways!   :c
