Actually, that's not always true. But in this case it is. Sadly, she (Ms. Lexus) won't be prosecuted for insurance fraud or for perjury. But she should be. I expect she'll be pulling the race card very soon.

It's sad that someone can run into you and try to find a way to take your money for it.

So one more thing to add to the destruction. All of the bases for the poles to support the water balloons and hot dogs were in the very back of the trailer. All were severely damaged when they were squeezed between the rear wall of the trailer and dining room slide. So we lost about $20 in plastic. LOL. I can tell you that a properly glued joint will not come undone. The fitting itself will break first.

A few years ago, I had a guy at a stop light in san antonio...all of a sudden but his truck in reverse and backed up on my Lincoln and tried to tell everyone that I hit him....I had a witness that saw it...i had two people in my car that saw it and my ins company said that they couldn't be used because they are compromised witnesses. Will have to remember that "compromised witness" idea in case they use the statement of her invisible 5 passengers to back her up.

Have them pull the cell phone record and check for text messaging right at the moment of the accident.

If it is a disputed claim and the police record doesn't clearly establish fault...the claim will more that likely be subrogated. Such a pain in the butt..all because people aren't accountable and have to blame someone.

I only saw 2 passengers, she claims 5 (it is a 5 seat car). Granted I did not investigate below the seat level to see if they were laying down.
I requested that her cell phone records be obtained, but my agent says that would only happen if there is a lawsuit.

Get an attorney and sue. That'l teach her a lesson.
