Title: Welcome Back
Post by: Tapper on April 23, 2006, 07:29:04 AM: Well, the forum got hacked again. Some weenie with nothing better to do, and no moral compass, has disrupted us for no reason whatever - just meanness.

I surrender, the software we were using was just untenable, and so it was time to change. This means we start over again from zero. You'll need to re-create your user account, and all the old posts are just plain gone. I'm sure sorry, but better we do this, than have the board down all the time. o lets get it over with, and just go on about our business.

Sorry for the hassle, but welcome to the new board. Expect changes over the next few weeks, as I try to add things like user galleries back, and recover our old pictures, set up a news system, calendar, etc.

In the meantime, lets get some action in here! Remind folks were a big group, despite our skinny forum.

Really appreciate all your hard work getting this back up. It is a shame that some low lifes don't have anything better to do then hack into a site and destroy it just of meanest. Next up - going to add a portal page, so we can link other stuff to it, rather than just dumping everyone straight into the forums when they connect. So yeah, I'm gonna bust your links again. Sorry about that. Once that is installed, we'll need to pretty it up, add links and so forth, and hey presto - a full site.

I believe it does, yes. All you have to do, is upload them, either through the web page (which is just 5 or so at a whack), or using the "Gallery Remote" software you can download. It should so all the re-sizing and thumbnailing auto-magically.

Tapper, I can't find the web page to upload anything but the watermarks, and no gallery remote. Any help???
