the wife and I are gonna hit the road for some sceneic ridin' this saturday if anyone wants too join us. here's the plan, meet at the wal-mart parking lot at 10 am and head out by 10:30. head down 1431 to marble falls and have lunch at chillis overlooking the lake. after that we'll figure out a route to take back, maybe see a castle or take a look see at cow creek. who knows, we are in no hurry. let me know.

  Yeah, Kathy and I are planning to ride saturday.....What do u know of the Castell General Store 18 miles west of llano? Saw it in Texas Ride Mag.....or the Alamo Springs Cafe, west of hwy 281 north of FM 473?

just got in from the ride. weather was great and company was just as good. good to see some oldies but goodies today. BTW cow creek road is in excellent shape. they have done some improvements over the last few months. the creek is full and there is even some color now in the trees, it was a great ride.
