Wayne and I (along with my son/SO) are heading out of the West side of Houston Thursday morning.  We are trailering our bikes so first come first serve if anyone needs to have us haul some of their stuff.

I rode it last year solo.. As a rookie.. Just Libby and I.  It was 48 degrees, windy , and raining.  Let's hope for better weather this time around.

I sure do hope the weather is better.  Well it was the days after, but that first day was a bear.

If you ride with him, keep him in the rear view mirror and not in the led!  :c :c :boxing:

So the plan is still for ToniVTX1300 and us to meet up Thursday morning and head down to Bandera.  Anyone else can join us if they want.  According to GPS...takes 6hrs and 8 minutes...but I'm allowing for 8 with lunch and breaks and maybe weather.  Call or text if you want to meet up along the way.  I will have bluetooth so I can take the call while riding.  Steve 817 300 5218.

We are planning on heading down Wednesday, but that is subject to the airline getting Janatha back from Boston on Tuesday.  We are taking our camper, so we won't be riding down.

We might leave wednesday evening but if not Thursday morning.  We are towing the camper as well.

I've been pulling out my stuff all day to see what I need vs. don't need.  If i had my bike from the shop I could be ready to go by daybreak... but, I'll wait until May1st.
I can't wait to see what Texas looks like outside of the Metroplex.

It will be nice to meet the faces behind the names.
I had my T - Bag out but thinking it's only a 4 day trip for me so I'm just going to bungee a duffle bag instead.
  If i don't have it...Then I don't need it !
