Do you happen to have a loose itinerary put together? I might want to meet up with y'all in Rosebud and would need to know the approx time that you would be there.

No itinerary but I went to the GPX map and changed location to Rosebud and it said 2hr 22min.  I promised everyone I would break about every 70-100 miles so add another 20 min and we will be going through Rosebud around 11-11:15AM.    Lunch is only 36 miles from Rosebud to so I don't plan on stopping the group after the first stop which should be somewhere around Rockdale.  You can catch us on the fly or meet up at Captain Billy Whizzbangs.

I added a rest area near Rockdale on 77 to the map.  This is a good spot for everyone as it's around 80 miles from the start and close to the same to the destination.

Wish I could go but I'm going to a bourbon tasting that day early evening.

I always ride around the speed limit especially in small towns.  If I am over it's usually only about 5mph.

well hell even if I could go I don't get my stitches out until the 14 or the 21 depending on how I'm healing.  To me it looks to be healing quite well though.

You don't need excuses, if you don't want to go that is fine.  I am not mad at you.

So far it looks like the weather is going to cooperate.  High of 89 and partly cloudy....otherwise, perfect.

Looks like the weather is still holding up.  I looked at Weather Underground and it seems that the peak temp in Houston is about 2 hours off the peak time in Waco so (providing nothing changes) we will avoid the highs in both cities by about 5 degrees if we time it just right. The high is still under 90 anyway so this is going to be a very comfortable ride.
