Guys, will try to get a new Assistance directory up with your help. I have created a album in the gallery to collect your data for your area and provide a usable directory  while we are compiling a new list.  Please go to http://wwwtemp.texasxriders.com/v/album33/VTX+DIRECTORY+ASSISTANCE+ALBUM/ and enter your info, if you wish. Thank you.
   This way, we'll keep it right here accessible in our gallery, and you won't need Adobe reader to access it. It won't fade into obscurity as in a old thread, you should (I HOPE) be able to edit your info. I will try to compile it into a single directory as soon as the majority have had a chance to input. I don't have capability to make a "sticky", so this is the best I could think of to collect the data where it can be easily viewed/found/compiled.

So you wont have to worry about just anyone looking up your info, I made the Directory  daatabase visible only to registered members that are logged in. Guests to the site will not see any info.

Pat, the link takes you to the picture albums. At the top of the page, there are instructions on how to use it, See if you don't see the following at the top of the page:

TxXrider assistance directory info dump.
Go to the area you live in. Click on the picture. Enter your info using the comments entry. I will try to compile the info into a complete listing. Basically put the info in this order please.
In subject, put local area / major roads close to you
In comment, put:
Name - Handle
Phone # and/or address, time avail. at certain #'s
Type of help you are willing/able to offer a needy x-rider

If you don't see that let me know, 'cause it's showing here.

There is the TX X riders logo at the top but nothing beside it.  What am I missing?

Click on this picture:

When you get there, there should be four pictures, each with a quadrant written underneath. Click on the picture above the quadrant that you live in. When that opens, click the ADD COMMENTS on the left side, then add your info and be sure and hit the save button afterwards. Put your local area and nearest major road as the subject.
Maw Maw, have you registered and recieved your email back from the gallery? If not this link will not help you see it. The new info dump is not visible unless you have registered with the gallery, not this  site. Let me know if you're still having trouble after you register.
Go to http://wwwtemp.texasxriders.com and use the register function.

That is the old directory Marigold, but you're welcome to leave the info there for the new directory

Snake, it still does not work for me and I have registered.  I am in the old directory, so just use my info from that and add that I will let people stay at the house if they have trouble and can not get home.

I'm getting rid of the other stuff in the gallery, except for the old directory, which I will get rid of after everyone has had a chance to fill in info for the new directory.
