Sure it makes sense! It sounds like you are looking for a pocket patch. There were only two sizes, the large back patch and the pocket patch:

But when I went to the gallery, there is a new album with a picture of the large back patch, and what appears to be a larger one than that, so maybe Paperpeddler made a new Jumbo patch. If so Paperpeddler, I need two Jumbo's please!

Either the date was off on that camera, or it was taken april 2005. So I have to ask Paperpeddler, have you already had the jumbo patches for a year now??? Or is that picture a photoshop creation??? I want two!

The JUMBO patch did not come from Paperpeddler.  If you find the post you will read that it comes from
Four Winds Monogramming, Ft. Worth, Tx.  (817) 624-0802
Paperpeddler told me himself that he could not make a bigger patch so I had two of those made.
They have the pattern and all you have to do is call them and they will make you one just like it.
The patch on the right of the picture is the offical Texas X Riders patch by Paperpeddler.
They can make a patch or they can monogram it right on the garment as long as it is not leather.

Any questions?  Give me a call or e-mail

Mike

OK!!! I never saw a post about the larger patch. Is it a new post?  Or did it disappear with the old board Mike?? How much did they cost??
I just happened to see the picture for the first time while going to get a url for the pocket patch. That bigun looks awesome!

Hey Pacrat! Which "cypress TX " do you live in? Mapquest lists two:

Cypress, TX, US
Franklin County

Wow those are gorgeous!  Can we get them by just calling the embroidery place listed?  Four Winds Monogramming, Ft. Worth, Tx.  (817) 624-0802?  or what?  Do I have to join something to "qualify" to get one?  Or have I already done that?  Inquiring minds want to know.   ;D

The large patch cost me $38
These three ladys do not have a computer, fax, e-mail or any other modern stuff other than a real talent for what they do.
Talk to Carol. She has the pattern and can make you one in short order.  You send them money and they send you a patch.  Very straight forward deal.
If I remember right the "header" on the front of my vest was $10

You don't have to join anything or have a secret handshake or decoder ring for this one.
They will make one patch or 100, whatever you want.
They don't use computers to do the work so there is no "set up fee"  or min. order.

You get the pocket patch and the Large back patch from "paperpeddler".  He's a member of this board, PM him.

You get the Jumbo patch from the ladies 1shot1kill mentions.

Snake:
Where did you get Cypress, TX Franklin Co.  I also live in Cypress, TX, Harris and would hate to think my mail could go some where else.  I did a Yahoo map search and only came up with Harris.  On second thought, I mostly get bills in the mail they can go somewhere else.

If you do a search in Mapquest, it shows two locations... one is yours, the other is a few counties west of here. Probably a good 300 miles away!
