I know this might be pretty cliché and stereotypical in the biker/motorcyclist world and I don't listen to these guys all that often really.....but Shoot to Thrill from AC/DC just makes pull back on the throttle and hammer it. 

What song does it for you?

AC/DC Thunderstruck, Molly Hatchet one last ride. Most anything by ZZ Top. Lots of stuff by Bonnie Rait.

If you google "Epic Beard Man Amber Lamps" you will get the YouTube video for Black Betty with the guy that got torched by an old Vietnam Vet.  I watched about 5 times before I stopped laughing.
