Hello San Antonio area riders.  As of Wed afternoon, the forecast for this weekend is looking pretty darn good for December. 

Let's ride somewhere!  I would favor Saturday to avoid the New Year's Eve traffic on Sunday.  It should be a great day to ride some Hill Country and get some BBQ.

Update: as of Wed at 4:15, the forecast for Sat is chance of thunderstorms.  Sunday still looks good.

I'm in San Antonio the whole weekend for the Alamo Bowl (Hook 'Em Horns!).  No riding for me....

does anybody want to come up our direction and ride? ??? sunday maybe? ride up to hico for lunch and pie, then over to meridian, around lake whitney, then back down 317 through crawford and maybe mother neff park, let me know ans we will cook up a ride. O0

Hmmm. I've been wanting to say I've ridden through Crawford.  Wish I had a Wingsoft seat. (400 + miles)  .  I like the idea; let me try to get the logistics to work.

jerry we could try to meet up in belton then ride up some smaller roads up to gatesville then go north to hico, there are some really nice roads that way, and up around meridian is like upper end of hill country.

OK, I'm in for Sunday.  Turns out my wife had other plans that didint include me going to the Longhorns game Saturday.  Oh well, I tried.  Let me know about Sunday, just got new tires on the bike and I'm itching to break them in! O0
