Ride the Wind - April 26, 2008
« on: April 16, 2008, 08:19:45 PM »

For all the West Texas folks, we are heading to Lubbock from Midland, but if you are not around Midland, you can meet up with us at any point, just let me know...

Saturday, April 26, 2008 should be a good day to rideā€¦ We will meet at our office in Midland located at 125 W. Missouri in the south parking lot at 8 a.m... We will ride north up through Andrews,  Seminole and Brownfield and over to Lubbock (arriving in Lubbock a little before noon).

We will visit the American Windpower Center & Museum www.windmill.com, arriving there by noon, following that we plan to visit Texas Tech's Wind Science & Engineering Research Center www.wind.ttu.edu after a good lunch somewhere in Lubbock.  We plan to visit the Honda Shop, and head back to Midland sometime that afternoon.

I know the majority of West Texas X'rs are in the panhandle, so what do you guys say?  Wanna hang out in Lubbock that day?

Murry, Have you ever seen these?  http://www.spearman.org/page5.html

We stopped at the park and walked around when we took our R.A.T. ride a couple of years ago.

I was just trying to come up with something that relates... (googling for jack rabbits j@cking off only returns things that I never want to see again...)

And, I haven't ever seen that other place in Spearman, but may have to check that out...  Thanks for the link...  Sorry about the confusing reply to Snakes question...   :) :) :)
