BBT V Pre - Registration is open and will run thru April 20, 2008. Click on the link below, fill in form, print sign and mail. Information entered won't be saved and if you are use to typing will be much easier then filling it out the old fashioned way. Now if you are old fashioned, you can print and fill out.
To print - select the printer icon just above the purple instruction bar.

Alcohol ok, but watch your limit if you are staying in town. If yo are drinking, best to camp and be safe. This is memorial day weekend so I'm sure more than normal will be out watching.

Hey Robert!!! Good to hear your still around! I've wondered from time to time what happened to ya and then I saw the other post about your getting hitched. Congratlations!!!, but now shouldn't this post of yours read " My new BOSS has gratefully allowed my lowly little existence of a life form to send in our registration for this event". Going on a ride Saturday put on by Honda Suzuki North out of Farmers Branch, Texas. They said they had several RSVP that will be on VTX's and alot of them are not familiar with our board. I will be sure to pass on the information about us and BBT ! ! ! !

Hey Geri - noticed the last update on the registration was March 31st - is that current? Honestly, to make this run alot more efficient, we would like for most to be pre-registered. It sure makes it easier (and the cost go down) when we know a more exact # for food, rides, etc... It would HELP Geri (bigdogsgal) alot if we could all get our registration in early!!!!!! O0 O0 O0 12 Days and counting down til Registration closes - Are we seriously only feeding 26 people!!! O0 O0 O0 Planning rides and entertainment for only 26 people O0 O0 O0 Think about it - we need more than that to plan! :) :)

you are absolutely correct. I received a couple more late last week and over the weekend. Costs will go up for sure if eople don't get pre-registered; budget is based on 100 people attending. Pre-registration closes one week from this Saturday as orders have to be placed and 100% of what's collected goes to the event.

Registration for 2 is in the mail. And RV space (yes, I said RV, not RD :o) is reserved. Momma decided she wanted a new place to lay her head so I have officially had to remove my "I rode my bike to trailer week" patch from the vest. >:(

Well it's picking up and only 2 days left to register. We are now up to 51 with 6 that have said checks in the mail. O0 I also know that crewsnchic is hunting down the procrastinator in Central Texas and will be bringing their registrations to me personally.
Pre-registration cuts off this weekend so please PM or email me if you end up getting yours in the mail at the very end. Even if you mail Saturday, I should get in a day or 2 and you will be able to get the shirt. Order has to be made next week.
Also don't forget to place your entry on the Mamacitia's poll if you are coming to the event on Thursday.

I'm counting the final packets received and it is looking like 75 pre-registered. Hoping for the last couple of packets to show up in tomorrow's mail. Order is being placed on Wednesday. Allright Peeps! Pre registration is now over. If you haven't already sent your registration in, now is the time to get it in. You will still get to come to the rally, but may not get the giveaways that came with preregistration. Contact a BOD member to be sure, but we need to know who's coming to line up the food, seats, etc. YOU CAN STILL REGISTER!! ;D ;D So far it looks like we will make the 100 mark, come join us! You can still order a shirt or pin also, even though pre reg is over.

yes, we have a few more paid and a few confirmed to pay at the door. Up to 80 attendees.
David and I wll be leaving tomorrow afternoon and Randy and Vanessa are leaving in the morning. we both will be on-site tomorrow night ;D

You can mail the $500 resgistration fee to me at any time and I will see that it is put to good use. :P
Seriously, the board will do something and make an annoucment after the first of the year. Provided they don't all quit. :-X
We have "Sprang Thang" to get through before BBT. It's in March and will be here before you know it.

Sprang Thang - is March 12th thru 15th 2009.
BBT VI - Is April 23 - April 26 2009. Plus we already reserved 2010 (April 22 - 25).
Registration for Sprang Thang is not required. Donations are collected during the event to reimburse those that put up the $ to reserve the section of the park that we stay in. I think Randy (Txcajun) put up the money for the 2009 campout. This is basically a camp out with each individual being responsible for themselves. With that said, I have been to them all and noone went hungry. There are RV sites which have to be monitored because they are limited. The only problem person is Kenny (Vtrex) and only because he works to hard trying to make everyone else comfy. ;D As a reminder, this is held at a State Park and ALL LAWS apply and will be enforced if a complaint is made. We have had no problems to date even with Snake and Hooter in attendance. :D :D :D :D

i got a question about the camping at the BBT....
I was looking at some of the pictures... and all of the camping spots just seem to be a wide open field...
I would rather use my hammock to camp, not a tent. are there any trees at all at their camp sites??

The BBT VI will be April 23 - April 26, 2009. Registration and events are to be decided in three weeks, look for info the end of January, if not sooner. Best I can do for now Gumbo.

Registration is over for the 08 BBT!! lol They don't have one yet for the 09 BBT Rally!! ;D
I believe this is the one he was speaking of Chad. Your post and the one I mentioned of mine disapeared for some reason, I figure Brock was tweaking his control or something, fixing the site.

The database was restored to a couple of days earlier than when the post was made, so those posts are gone.
Soon, I'll be locking the 2008 rally boards and starting 2009.
